Wanderlust Voyages LLC is a premier tour operator specializing in crafting fully customized trips across Morocco. Co-owned by Belghit Babat, a Moroccan-American, and Megan Lower, an American attorney turned travel expert, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional travel experiences. Catering to groups ranging from 2 to 200+, our journeys span from the enchanting city of Tangier to the captivating landscapes of the Sahara Desert and everything in between.
Our unique strength lies in seamlessly blending the local expertise of our Moroccan roots with a keen understanding of our travelers' desires. With administrative offices based in the United States and a dedicated ground team based in Meknes, Morocco, we oversee every aspect of our travelers' experiences, from the initial planning stages to the final airport drop-off.
Wanderlust Voyages maintains control over essential elements of your journey, including our own transportation services, Sahara Desert camp, and a team of experienced guides. Moreover, we have established partnerships with carefully vetted accommodations to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, as well as activity providers. Unlike other operators, we do not entrust your journey to unknown third parties on the ground, providing you with a reliable and personalized travel experience.

Megan is an American attorney who left the field of law for the travel industry with her husband, Belghit. From her first trip to the Sahara Desert, Megan was in love with Morocco and wanted to share the wonders of the country with everyone. Thus, Wanderlust Voyages was born to do just that. Megan is a Certified Travel Associate through the Travel Institute, as well as IATAN accredited. An enthusiastic home baker and cook, Megan loves to translate Moroccan recipes from Belghit’s family for the American kitchen, and is working on the second cookbook of Moroccan recipes.
Belghit Babat, CTA
TRAVEL MANAGER
Belghit is a Moroccan-American who has decided to share his love of travel and his birth country with the world. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. He grew up in the Sahara (Rissani), attended college in Meknes where he studied history and geography, and then worked in the industry in Tangier before coming to the U.S. He loves to share the Moroccan culture with those who are unfamiliar with the country. He is a Certified Travel Associate through the Travel Institute, as well as IATAN accredited. An avid golfer, Belghit never passes up the opportunity to play in the US and Morocco.
Brahim Amraoui
TRANSPORTATION MANAGER
Brahim is part of our team on the ground in Morocco, helping our customers find their way across the country and back! Having grown up in Merzouga, he grew up learning many languages at a young age, speaking Berber, Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and a smattering of German and Japanese. As a tourism driver for over ten years, he has acquired a vast knowledge of the country, which makes him an incredible guide for those lucky enough to have him with their group!
Sara Zelmati
RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Sara is another integral part of our team in Morocco, serving as the on the ground contact for our travelers. With a bachelor’s degree in English, she is able to assist travelers with any issues that arise. Sara grew up in the town of Khenifra, surrounded by the Atlas Mountains.
Winnie Man
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Winnie is an Asian American with a background in photography who joined the company in 2019. She helps make sure all paperwork needed for a client's trip is squared away before they land in Morocco. She just took her first trip to Morocco Nov 2021 and can't wait to go back.
When she's not behind the screen emailing clients or inputting data into spreadsheets, you can find her assisting photographers at events or being multicraftual like knitting a sweater, cross-stitching or creating beading dragons and many more.
Kim Lower
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Kim joined the Wanderlust Voyages team in 2018, and helps represent Wanderlust Voyages at travel shows and on FAM trips, sharing the wonders of Morocco with travelers and agents alike. She also designs our marketing materials and helps manage our website. Her favorite spot in Morocco is the Sahara Desert, where there is a serenity and slower pace that can only be found far from the bustling cities.
