By embarking upon your travel, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. Your booking with Wanderlust Voyages constitutes consent to the above terms and conditions. By engaging Wanderlust Voyages, you acknowledge and agree to hold Wanderlust Voyages blameless in making travel arrangements on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that any claims for restitution or damages, if applicable, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

Full payment is required no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date, unless otherwise specified in writing. Intermediary payments will be invoiced as needed for the purchase of airfare or hotel deposits, where applicable. Payment methods accepted include check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Failure to submit payment as scheduled may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
FORM OF PAYMENT
We accept certified checks, money orders, credit cards, or wire transfers as forms of payment at any time. Personal checks are also acceptable if received more than 60 days prior to the departure date. Please note that returned checks will incur a $50 service fee. In the event of a computer or human billing error, we reserve the right to re-invoice participants with the correct billing information.
PRICE
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are calculated based on currency rates at the time of the offer. Please note that Wanderlust Voyages reserves the right to adjust prices at any time before departure without prior notice, should circumstances require such changes. Significant fluctuations in currency values may affect the final prices of the tour or services.
NOT INCLUDED
Personal expenses, including but not limited to telephone calls, mini-bar items, laundry, meals outside of specified ones, alcoholic beverages, beverages other than water, spa services, or optional activities, are not covered by Wanderlust Voyages. Any additional charges for these items will be invoiced to you before departing the hotel, restaurant, or service provider. Please refer to the details of each specific tour for a comprehensive list of inclusions and exclusions. Failure to pay additional charges for which you are responsible will result in a 20% penalty fee added to any charges covered by Wanderlust Voyages.
PASSPORTS, VISAS, & DOCUMENTS
All U.S. citizens must possess a valid U.S. passport, which must remain valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry. If you do not have a valid passport, please contact your nearest passport office for assistance. Generally, U.S. or Canadian citizens do not require visas for most countries visited by Wanderlust Voyages. However, travelers of other nationalities should consult the respective country's consulate to verify visa requirements. If a visa is necessary, it is the traveler's responsibility to obtain one. Please note that cancellations resulting from insufficient documentation will incur standard penalties.
FINAL DOCUMENTS
Final documents will be issued only upon receipt of the final payment and will be provided within 2 weeks of departure. Please note that the issuance of documents is not guaranteed if the final payment is not received on time. Upon receiving your documents, it is your responsibility to carefully review your itinerary, ensuring the accuracy of your name, dates, times, and other essential information. In the event of any errors in the final documents, it is the passenger's responsibility to promptly contact Wanderlust Voyages for resolution.
DATA PROTECTION
Wanderlust Voyages may request specific personal information from you, such as dates of birth, passport details, dietary restrictions, or relevant medical conditions. Please be assured that this information will be treated confidentially by the Company. It may only be shared with suppliers on a necessary basis to facilitate the provision of services to the traveler.
PARTICIPATION
Wanderlust Voyages and suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to deny acceptance or retain any person whose behavior is deemed likely to disrupt the smooth operation of a tour or adversely impact the enjoyment or safety of oneself or other travelers. In such cases, Wanderlust Voyages, its agents, and suppliers hold no liability to such individuals for refund, compensation, repatriation, or any other related matters.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Upon receipt of a deposit or partial/full payment, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms are applied based on the date of receiving the written cancellation and include a $500 per person administration fee. In situations where the deposit is less than the administrative fee, the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds for additional funds paid will be issued as follows: more than 45 days prior to departure – full refund, minus the $500 per person administrative fee; 45 - 30 days prior – 70% refund; 29 - 21 days prior – 30% refund; 20 days or less prior – NO refund. Once airline tickets are issued, their value becomes non-refundable and non-changeable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wanderlustvoyagestravel.com; phone calls are not accepted as a valid form of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 days of receiving written notice. No waiver of refund or cancellation fees will be granted due to death or sickness.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that you invest in travel insurance to safeguard your travel arrangements. Wanderlust Voyages or the travel agency associated with the group will provide all US citizen travelers with a quote for travel insurance upon receipt of necessary information, which the traveler is responsible for accepting or declining.
COVID 19
In the event of travel disruptions arising from situations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including but not limited to travel restrictions, quarantine measures, or other government-imposed guidelines, Wanderlust Voyages reserves the right to modify or reschedule travel arrangements as necessary. Participants are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories and complying with relevant regulations. Please note that any additional costs incurred due to COVID-19-related changes are the responsibility of the traveler. Wanderlust Voyages will make reasonable efforts to address such situations and provide alternative arrangements when possible. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to mitigate potential financial losses associated with COVID-19-related issues.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel accommodations are arranged in double occupancy rooms, which may consist of either twin-bedded or single-bedded rooms. Wanderlust Voyages retains the right to substitute hotels of a similar category without prior notice when necessary. Actual room assignments will be made by the hotel properties.
PRIVATE ROOMS AND SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
A limited number of single rooms are available at the supplement price. Single rooms may be smaller than twin or double rooms.
MEALS
Most trips include daily breakfast, and additional meals may be provided (refer to individual tour information for specific details). Meals are typically served at your hotel or pre-booked local restaurants. Please note that beverages are not included with meals unless otherwise specified. No refund is provided for unused meals if you choose not to partake. Special meal requests will be considered if communicated at the time of booking, but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all special meal/dietary requests.
BAGGAGE
Each traveler is allowed one checked suitcase weighing up to 50 lbs, one small carry-on bag (8” x 14” x 22”), and one personal item (e.g., purse, laptop, etc.). If the trip includes domestic flights, additional fees will be required to check luggage. Travelers are responsible for any additional baggage fees incurred for excess, overweight, or oversized baggage. Please note that Wanderlust Voyages assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, delay, or damage to a participant’s belongings.
RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Wanderlust Voyages functions as a Tour Manager. The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements, and hotel accommodations for the tour program are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Wanderlust Voyages. All coupons, receipts, and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By utilizing the services of these suppliers, you agree that Wanderlust Voyages will not be liable for changes in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delays, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accidents, loss, injury, or damage to you or fellow travelers in connection with accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences or conditions beyond its control. This includes defects in vehicles, breakdowns in equipment, thefts, delays, or cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to any act, omission, or event during your time on the tour.
Wanderlust Voyages are not responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports or hotels due to inclement weather, nor are they liable for payment, refund, or transfers for unused hotel accommodations or meals due to such late arrivals. Passengers bear all such losses or expenses.
In circumstances leading to trip cancellations, such as acts of war, terrorism, or natural disasters, Wanderlust Voyages is not liable for restitution. While every effort is made to follow the itinerary, it should be considered indicative of the tour rather than a contract of specific places to be visited. Local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions, or other events may occasionally necessitate changes in the sequence of visits or the omission of certain visits.
Wanderlust Voyages and the guides employed by Wanderlust Voyages are NOT responsible for any prices, quality, or authenticity issues that may arise when shopping. The guides employed by Wanderlust Voyages are to take you to historic sites and handicraft workshops to see how traditional items are made. Any purchases made by the client are at the sole discretion of the client, and the client is responsible for their own bargaining of price.
SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND THOSE WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Wanderlust Voyages when completing the traveler form. We make every effort to accommodate disabled passengers by arranging handicap-accessible rooms when available. However, we cannot guarantee nor are we responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.
It's important to note that our tours operate outside the U.S., where the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable, and facilities for disabled individuals may be limited. Most transportation services may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts. Unfortunately, we cannot provide individual assistance to tour participants for walking, dining, in-room activities, on flights, boarding or disembarking vehicles, or other personal needs. Passengers requiring special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to arrange for such assistance before making a reservation. Motorized scooters are unsuitable and impossible to accommodate.
Wanderlust Voyages is not responsible for any medical condition occurring prior to, during, or after the tour. Pregnant and breastfeeding women considering international travel should evaluate potential problems associated with such travel and the quality of medical care available at the destination and during transit, and discuss any concerns with their physicians.
YOUNG TRAVELERS
Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult. Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a child will be traveling with adults other than the parent(s), it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parent(s) granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel.
Children and infants will be eligible for discounted rates, determined by suppliers offering reduced rates for infants and children. For Wanderlust Voyages' tours, an infant is defined as anyone under the age of 24 months for the entire duration of the trip, while a child is defined as anyone between the ages of 24 months and 11 years for the entire duration of their trip. Please note that some accommodations may limit the number of children per room, regardless of age, which may necessitate the purchase of multiple rooms.
SAFETY
Please be aware that while participating in tours operated by Wanderlust Voyages, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas, using various means of transportation, and exposure to forces of nature, political unrest, or accidents or illnesses in remote regions without rapid evacuation or adequate medical facilities. Wanderlust Voyages does not assume liability for the provision or adequacy of medical care. Wanderlust Voyages is not responsible for compensation for cities/sites omitted from the itinerary due to circumstances beyond Wanderlust’s control.
TOUR CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR
Please note that on occasion, a tour departure may be canceled due to insufficient participation. In such instances, the operator's sole responsibility is to provide a full refund. Wanderlust Voyages is not responsible for and does not assume liability for any additional costs or fees related to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through Wanderlust Voyages. Cancellations arising from state advisories and/or warnings, acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the control of Wanderlust Voyages are not the fault of the company. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations due to these reasons. Every effort will be made to accommodate travelers on another trip, and they will have the option to reschedule for a private trip, which may involve an additional cost.
PRINTING DISCLAIMER
Wanderlust Voyages is not responsible for typographical or print errors, including errors in trip cost. We reserve the right to re-invoice or correct billing at any time.
